STRONG & HEALTHY with Steve Barr

S6.E16 When Faith Has No Roots

An enthusiastic beginning does not always produce an enduring faith. In Jesus’ Parable of the Sower, the seed on rocky soil springs up quickly but dies when trouble comes because it has no deep roots. In this episode of Strong & Healthy, Steve Barr explains the difference between emotional excitement and spiritual depth, why hardship exposes shallow faith, and how God’s Word, a stable church family, obedience, and perseverance help us become deeply rooted followers of Jesus.
