Daily Bible Reading: Matthew 9, read in full from the World English Bible (WEB).Matthew 9 shows the compassion and authority of Jesus side by side. He tells a paralysed man, "Your sins are forgiven," and proves the Son of Man has authority on earth to forgive sins by making him walk. He calls Matthew from the tax booth and eats with sinners, because He came not to call the righteous but sinners to repentance. A suffering woman touches the fringe of His garment and is made well, a ruler's daughter is raised from death, the blind see and the mute speak. And seeing the crowds harassed and scattered like sheep without a shepherd, He is moved with compassion. The harvest is still plentiful and the labourers few, so pray to the Lord of the harvest, and be ready to be sent.Watch the video on YouTube: https://youtu.be/ujeHnlRMV8AMore: https://linktr.ee/thesonofmandaniel7Scripture quotations are from the World English Bible (public domain).
