The Phoenix Mercury ended their season with a 100-82 loss to the Las Vegas Aces, highlighting critical gaps in guard depth and rim protection. In this mailbag, we analyze Kahleah Copper's 18-point performance and whether she remains the franchise cornerstone.

We discuss the impact of injuries to Kelsey Plum, NaLyssa Smith, and others, confirming our prediction that Phoenix must acquire two veteran guards and one rim-protecting forward. Natasha Mack's rebounding effort is evaluated against A'ja Wilson's dominant 34-point, 10-rebound game.

Topics include potential free agency targets, roster battles for starting spots, and tactical adjustments needed for the 2027 season. We also debate whether Jackie Young could fit with the Mercury and predict their win total for next year.

In this episode: Post-Season Analysis & Core Questions · Roster Battles & Depth Chart · Hypotheticals & Lightning Round.
