Why I Created Breakthrough Parenting with Neuroscience
Do you lose your patience easily and snap at your kids? Do you get triggered by whining or your kids disobeying?
Do you want to change but don't know what to do? If you answered yes to any of these, this episode is for you. I'm sharing what happened at my lowest point as a mom and what I discovered to help me to finally change. I'm also sharing my heart for moms and why I felt God was calling to create this podcast, to be a safe place for moms to come as they are, no matter how tired or messy life may be. In this episode:
- Why being a parent is more important now than ever
- Neuroscience research findings about our brain that affect our parenting
- How distractions impact our ability to be a present parent
- The best parenting book that helped me to finally make changes
- How we can find hope in our Christian faith
If this episode encouraged you, would you take 30 seconds to leave a 5-star written review? Your review will help other moms find the podcast, too. Thank you! It would mean so much to me!
