Our first episode of Behind the Build is here!

What brings billion-dollar projects to Southeast Texas—and what do those investments mean for our region? We’re kicking things off with Travis Woods and Anya McInnis to explore the opportunities, relationships and work behind the growth.

I’m excited to help bring these conversations to you alongside Elton Hollis, John Guedry, Nick Light and our team at Sharecast Studios!

Watch Episode 1, tell us what you think, and share it with someone who cares about Southeast Texas’ future.

What’s being built in Southeast Texas—and who’s making it happen? Welcome to Behind the Build, a podcast featuring conversations with the people, businesses, and organizations shaping our region and beyond.

Join hosts Bonnie McMillen Revia, Elton Hollis, John Guedry, and Nick Light as we explore the decisions, partnerships, and ideas behind business growth and community progress. From major industrial investments and infrastructure to healthcare, education, local government, and nonprofits, we connect the headlines to the people and stories behind them.
