Episode 9: Raising Kids in Different Seasons | One Mom, Six Different Needs
Raising six children means experiencing several stages of motherhood all at once! ❤️
In this episode of Daily Provisions, I’m sharing what it’s like being a mom to children ranging from a 14-year-old teenager to a 4-month-old baby.
From homeschooling my 12-year-old and 5-year-old to keeping up with school schedules, caring for a baby, and watching my older children become more independent, every child needs something different from me.
We’ll talk about balancing those different needs, finding little moments to connect with each child, and learning to appreciate every stage of motherhood—even when everyone seems to need Mom at the exact same time! 😂
“If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God…” — James 1:5 (KJV)
Motherhood doesn’t come with all the answers, and even after six children, I’m still learning.
Join me as we talk about asking God for wisdom, embracing the different seasons of raising children, and recognizing His daily provisions in the middle of our busy family life. ❤️

Episode 8: What Makes My Kid Cry Today? | Funny Things Kids Say in a Full House
Sometimes motherhood is exhausting, sometimes it’s unpredictable, and sometimes it’s just downright hilarious! 😂❤️
In this episode of Daily Provisions, I’m bringing back a little piece of my original podcast, What Makes My Kid Cry Today!
With six kids, there’s never a shortage of funny conversations, unexpected questions, and moments that leave me wondering what in the world just happened.
I’m sharing a recent conversation with my 5-year-old, who wanted to know why graves are in a “grave garden.” Yes, a grave garden! Apparently, that’s what we’re calling cemeteries now. 😂
We’ll talk about the funny things children say, finding joy in the middle of everyday motherhood, and appreciating those little moments that become some of our favorite memories.
“A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance.” — Ecclesiastes 3:4 (KJV)
Because not every parenting moment needs to be serious. Sometimes God reminds us of His goodness through the laughter, the unexpected conversations, and the little personalities He’s placed in our lives.
Join me for a lighthearted throwback filled with motherhood, memories, and a little bit of humor from our full house. ❤️

  • 🎙️ Episode 6: When Homeschool Doesn’t Look Like School | Learning in Everyday Life
    Oct 8 2026
    Homeschooling doesn’t always look like school—and I’m learning that’s okay. ❤️
In this episode of Daily Provisions, I’m sharing what it looks like to homeschool my 12-year-old and 5-year-old, two children who are at completely different stages of learning.
We’ll talk about learning beyond worksheets and textbooks, letting each child learn in ways that work for them, building character alongside academics, and recognizing the everyday moments when our children are learning without us even calling it “school.”
Most importantly, I’m reminded that teaching our children about God isn’t limited to a Bible lesson. Faith can be woven into our conversations, our struggles, our mistakes, our responsibilities, and our everyday family life.
“And thou shalt teach them diligently unto thy children…” — Deuteronomy 6:7
Homeschool may not always look perfect or traditional, but there is so much learning happening in the ordinary moments. ❤️
