⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Today, I spent hours working on the French adaptation of a magazine around J. Cole. Translation, typography, graphic design, layout and even deciding which cultural references should never be translated. I’m not a graphic designer, and I don’t want to personally execute every task as OmaxBooks grows. But today reminded me that there’s a difference between delegating something you understand and delegating something you know nothing about. In this episode, I share three rules I’m learning about delegation, quality and why you can delegate the work without delegating your standards.
