In this first episode, John J. Snyder introduces his new book "Timeless Principles for Modern Challenges." But this first episode is more of an introduction to the 140-year-old book, "Safe Methods of Business," that John discovered 40 years ago for 50 cents at a garage sale. The book was written by J.L. Nichols in 1886 and contains "Nineteen Principles" that have stood as a guide for John's life, both in finances specifically and in life more generally. His book will be released on August 23 and is available on his website. He is also re-releasing a reprint of the original "Safe Methods of Business," which you can also purchase on his website.
In the next episode, John will talk about his family context growing up, and how it put him in a position to be interested in and to promote the "Nineteen Principles" a century after the book was written.
