50-year-old Curtis Eason from Clinton Township faces serious charges after a fatal DUI crash in March, killing 34-year-old Michael OBrien from Mount Clemens. Eason allegedly entered a turn lane too early, striking OBrien on Elizabeth Road near Groesbeck Highway. Eason was legally intoxicated and has been charged with operating while intoxicated causing death, a felony with up to 15 years in prison. He was arraigned on May 12th and is due in court on May 19th.
