A proposito di questo titolo
In this episode, I dive into Emergenetics—where it came from, the science behind it, and how I use it as a coaching tool to help people understand how they think and how they show up under pressure. Emergenetics isn’t a personality test. It’s a framework for awareness, choice, and alignment.
I share how I’ve used Emergenetics in the past through Neptune Warrior with veterans in scuba diving environments, where stress, breath control, and sensory change naturally reveal thinking and behavioral preferences. Instead of trying to “fix” reactions, we coached to wiring—adjusting pacing, instruction, and connection to restore safety, confidence, and agency.
In this episode, I cover:
- How Emergenetics originated and the concept of “emergence”
- The science behind thinking and behavioral attributes
- Why separating preference from capability matters
- What happens to the brain and nervous system under stress
- How Emergenetics shows up clearly in scuba diving and real life
- How I apply Emergenetics in one-on-one and leadership coaching
- Why I’m getting recertified and what that unlocks going forward
At its core, Emergenetics helps people stop fighting themselves and start leading from how they’re actually wired.
