Ewan is a property investor, mortgage broker, and one of the most active figures in Scotland’s investor community but his journey didn’t start with capital, contacts, or confidence. It started in Lochgilphead, with a grounded money mindset, long hospital shifts while studying, and a willingness to figure things out earlier than most.

We go right back to Ewan’s upbringing and early relationship with money, how he balanced university with work, and the influences that first pulled him towards property.
