    Are you a neurodivergent mom of little kids who feels overstimulated from sunrise to bedtime? Do you find yourself Googling “why am I so overwhelmed as a mom?” or “am I autistic or just failing at life?” Binging self-help content with 26 tabs open and still not knowing how to make your actual life feel softer? And the biggest question of all: how do I build a life that fits my brain while I’m raising tiny humans?

    Grounded & In Full Color is a neurodivergent mom podcast and studio for soft life, overstimulation, and building a life that fits your brain. This is a lo-fi, weighted-blanket corner of the internet for moms with scattered systems and full hearts — the ones waiting to exhale and watch a real life unfold in real time from a brain that never quite fit the default settings.

    I’m Prynsecc Ebonye — a neurodivergent, Level 1 autistic stay-at-home mom of three, digital content creator, and your big sister on the internet. From Houston, I share story-driven, practical episodes on neurodivergent motherhood, gentle-ish parenting, low-spoons homemaking, mental health, digital creativity, and money stories, all through the lens of a brain that processes everything in parallel. If you’ve ever highlighted books or saved posts from people like Dr. Becky Kennedy, Gabor Maté, Dr. Shefali Tsabary, Nedra Glover Tawwab, KC Davis, Ramani Durvasula, Mr. Chazz Lewis or other trauma-informed, gentle-parenting, and neurodivergence-affirming voices, you’ll feel right at home here as I talk about how I’m applying those kinds of insights in real time.

    Grounded in real life, we talk about: • Neurodivergent motherhood in full color – Masking and unmasking, sensory overload, shutdowns, yelling and repair, and what “gentle” parenting looks like when you’re dysregulated too. • Soft, sustainable life with kids (not just candles) – Low-spoons homemaking, simple meals, realistic routines, visual cues, sticky-note checklists, and tiny systems that keep things moving on the hardest days. • Digital creativity with a parallel brain – Making content with toddlers in the background, showing up online when you’re tired, time-blindness, and turning your brain’s quirks into your creative edge. • Marriage, family, identity & mental health – Communication with your partner, extended family boundaries, people-pleasing, cycle-breaking, shame, self-concept, and learning to like your own brain. • Digital creativity & money stories – Building a personal brand as a neurodivergent mom, creating content with three kids at home, and making “soft life” make sense for your nervous system and your bank account.

    While the show is currently solo, I also leave room for future conversations with trauma-informed therapists, occupational therapists, neurodivergent coaches, gentle parenting educators, nervous-system practitioners, and money + business mentors whose work supports overstimulated moms like us.
