Mr. Melvin Casey Lars is the founder and CEO of Brighter Futures, Inc, an academic consulting company that hosts summits and empowerment events for teens, parents, men, and athletes.
Mr. Lars is a native of Bossier City/Shreveport, Louisiana and he received several undergraduate and graduate academic degrees. He is a twenty-eight (28) year leukemia cancer survivor. He is also an award winning and nationally recognized retired High School principal better known as the "Fix it Principal".
Mr. Lars is a former free-agent with the Houston Oilers, and Oakland Raiders, former Defensive line coach for the Shreveport Pelicans, as well as numerous head and assistant coaching positions from Louisiana to California.
Melvin Casey Lars’ superpowers are Hope, Motivation, Transformation, and Self-Actualization.
