Kandice Fricke is a licensed therapist, life coach, realtor, educator, and author. Kandice has a passion for mental health and believes that educating people about the importance of mental health wellness is the key to helping others achieve their full potential. Kandice was born and raised in Texas and is the daughter of a psychologist and a teacher, so education and mental health run deep within her soul.
Kandice received a BS in Elementary Education from Texas Christian University and an MS in Counseling from Texas A&M Corpus Christi. Kandice has been an elementary school teacher and counselor, adjunct professor in psychology, and counselor at Del Mar College, and is currently a school administrator. Kandice has a private practice where she specializes in anxiety, couples counseling, and recovering from trauma/grief and loss.
Kandice has two grown children and loves her dogs and cats. Kandice enjoys the beach, reading, cooking, and traveling. She believes that having a positive attitude and actively seeking positive experiences, maintaining a self-care routine, and having close family and friends is her key to maintaining a life that brings her joy.
