I started Dream Club promising myself I’d be willing to fail publicly. But somewhere along the way, I became terrified of looking like a beginner.

One piece of criticism made me raise my standards so high that I stopped creating altogether. Today, I’m confronting the uncomfortable truth: sometimes, trying to make your dream extraordinary can stop you from pursuing it at all.

I’m Pallavi. I’ve given myself one year to build India’s #1 podcast and reach one million followers. I’m starting from scratch—and I’m letting you see the whole ride. The calls I’m scared to make.
