Eddie Mason was a former American 8-year NFL LEGEND. The NFL football linebacker plays in the National Football League for the New York Jets, the Jacksonville Jaguars, and the Washington Redskins. He played college football at the University of North Carolina. He was drafted in the sixth round of the 1995 NFL Draft.
Upon retirement, God gave him the vision of MASE Training, and immediately developed training programs and workouts for numerous clients that are adults and student-athletes. Be sure to pick up a copy of his book titled, "Training for the Tough Game of Life"
