Russ is a financial and insurance consultant residing in Cape Coral, FL.

 He provides consulting to individuals on a wide range of financial and insurance matters in his private practice with Earp Enterprises.

 He started his financial practice in 2004. Russ has owned and operated a number of other businesses to include, Real Estate, Wholesale and retail products & distribution and business consulting to name a few.

 He is a (CBA) Certified Business Analyst, (CGBP) Certified Global Business Professional, (CPBA) Certified Professional Behavior Analyst and a (CFM) Certified Financial Manager. He has been active in the community as a School Board member, Police Chaplain, City Director of the Small Business Development Center and a member of the Cape Coral Leadership Program.
