The messages are things like: I am worthy exactly as I am, I am grateful for my body, and I deserve to have fun. There are also messages around having an enjoyable love life and welcoming pleasure into your world.

Remember that your subconscious mind will realign or ignore what doesn't work for you. This is not the same thing as hypnosis, and if you don't want to integrate the affirmations, you sure don't have to. My intention with it was to heal some specific things in MY subconscious. If it helps you, too, that's a lovely side-effect.

I also included binaural beats for releasing anxiety in the first half, and then for self love in the second half. You won't hear the messages or the binaural beats with your conscious mind, since the track is turned way down; it's built like that on purpose, so you can put this on in the background.
