William Kitchen filed a federal lawsuit detailing how his first, fourth, and fourteenth amendment rights were violated during a traffic stop by Phoenix police on the night of February 6, 2024. He believes he was arrested in retaliation for asking questions seeking clarity about the penal code cited for him being ticketed for jaywalking.

At its roots, the current administration's agenda is all about white supremacy and black suppression. The attacks against woke and wokeism are merely code words that repudiate social and political justice for blacks first, then the rest of the marginalized groups that have benefitted from any progressive gains by the United States.

The current administration has put out there that former President Joe Biden attempted to harm its administration, citing a 2010 U.S. Supreme Court case ruling that mentioned a “president cannot choose to bind his successors by diminishing their powers.” The reference to a president can’t choose to bind his/or her successors by diminishing their powers is from a case heard by the U.S. Supreme Court in 2009 and was decided on 6.28.2010.

The current administration is already taking no responsibility, but is placing blame on a Wednesday night (1.29.2025) crash involving a military helicopter and a commercial airline in Washington, D.C. on the diversity, equality, and inclusion hiring practices by the Federal Aviation Administration and former presidents Barack Obama and Joe Biden.

After announcing in a directive that it would freeze funding that would disrupt education, housing, and disaster aid, among other vital services, this rogue administration rescinded its unlawful power grab but still maintains it is intent on curtailing anything it deems as woke and Marxist. Lawsuits were filed earlier in the week and a federal judge granted a stay. The controversial document was OMB Memorandum M-25-13.
