You know that financial education you wish you got in school? Well, here's your chance to reenroll anytime you get in your car or go to the gym. Everyone should be educated enough to properly manage their own money situation if they really want to. Even if you’re someone who wants professional help, most people choose their advisors based on some kind of personality contest rather than a merit-based system, since that’s the only context they have. Let’s face it, the money industry is purposefully confusing… I would say by design. As an ex-financial planner myself, I plan to share some behind-the-scenes context, the dirty little secrets of the industry, and common conflicts of interest to be avoided. You see, I started my journey into this profession over 15 years ago as a disenfranchised client, and I paid lots of money to get all kinds of alphabet soup after my name to decode this madness. Thankfully for you, I specialize in making complex financial concepts simple to understand and easy to digest, so you can deduce for yourself where you need to drill deeper. I’m going to kick it off with a crash course into the various facets of financial planning and how the sum of the parts should equal a holistic game plan. Having your all chess pieces deployed and aligned properly across your board can often have a bigger impact than simply picking the right investments or trying to time them perfectly. I also plan to have different guests join us from time to time to discuss the specialties in advanced techniques you’ve either never fully understood or maybe never even heard of. Simply just click subscribe wherever you do podcasts and look for new episodes to be released weekly.Copyright 2026 John "Hutch" Hutchinson Economia Finanza personale
  • Is Infinite Banking a Scam?
    Oct 15 2026

Infinite banking is not a scam. But people often get scammed by unscrupulous agents who spin great stories while selling poorly designed policies from already underperforming companies.

Hutch and Bryan Nelson take the question from both sides. First, the outside critics: the stock crowd who say the S&P 500 beats it (they're right, and it's beside the point) and the Dave Ramsey crowd who hate debt.

Then comes the inside job: How infinite banking agents who are long on philosophy and short on the math often scam their clients

    The red flags we cover:

    • The agent who tells you you're "paying yourself back the interest"

    • The “Get your money working for you” urgency

    • The “Phantom High Early Cash Value” trap

    • The most popular Infinite Banking insurance companies that are more stock than mutual

    • The lopsided first-year premium dump-ins that drag on performance

Plus our rule of thumb: if you can't max-fund four of the first seven years, the policy you’re being sold is probably too big and will benefit the agent more than you.

  • AI & the Banking Elite - Road Noise with Hutch
    Feb 27 2026

This episode of "Road Noise with Hutch" was recorded on the road — stopped in traffic heading up to Mammoth Mountain for a ski trip. 🏔️ Between the self-driving car doing its thing and my mind running at full speed, I had a lot to get off my chest.

We're living through a genuine tipping point. The Rinni Report dropped a doomsday scenario saying AI is going to disrupt the economy so badly that people are going to lose their jobs en masse — and honestly? I think they're right that disruption is coming, but dead wrong about what to do about it. Meanwhile, Block (formerly Square) just laid off 40% of their workforce yesterday with a tweet. This stuff is real and it's moving fast. 📉

So I get into the macro picture — the banking regime Nelson Nash talked about, how it connects to what's happening with AI right now, and why your policy's tax immunity and safety matters more than ever. I also break down what our AI calculator actually shows about how hard your money is (or isn't) working for you in those early policy years — because most agents won't tell you this. And I give a sneak peek at the software we're building that I think makes a lot of the existing IBC tools obsolete. 👀

  • Robo-Tesla - Road Noise with Hutch
    Sep 16 2025

It's been a while since my last "Road Noise with Hutch" podcast episode. Well, this new episode is filmed from my new TSLA. 🤖 It's all about the amazing tech, and how I'm starting to use AI more...even while driving...I mean, having the robot drive me! 🚗 At first, I decided to get a Tesla Model 3 for my daughters to share because they kept bumping into things (3 fender benders in August).

🚗🚙 And I was so blown away by the experience that I went ahead and leased a 2nd Tesla Model Y because the tech stack in the vehicle is so incredible.🤑 I'm actually saving money, but I'm positive that the productivity hacks I share in this podcast will actually compound well beyond the hard cost of these cars.

BTW, here's my TSLA referral link, which entitles you to a $250 credit or better yet 3 months of self-driving ($99/mo): https://ts.la/jessica220028

    03:00 – Why I Leased Two Teslas
