To restore your SBCGlobal email account, follow these steps:
Visit the AT&T Mail login page: Since SBCGlobal email accounts are now managed by AT&T Mail, go to the AT&T Mail login page.
Click on “Troubleshooting”: If you’re having trouble signing in, click on the “Troubleshooting” link on the support page.
Reset your password: Follow the instructions to reset your password. You’ll need to provide account recovery information, such as your wireless telephone number, alternate contact email address, or security questions.
Contact SBCGlobal: If you’re unable to reset your password using the online process, you can contact SBCGlobal Email Support directly at 1–475–315–9016.
