Dr. Jamie Remmers (she/they) is a higher education leader with 13 years of experience and currently serves as a Director at USC’s Rossier School of Education, overseeing advising for several master’s programs with a focus on holistic student success. A first-generation student and queer scholar-practitioner, Jamie previously held roles at New York University supporting international student engagement and academic advising, and their NYU doctoral research highlighted the importance of inclusive LGBTQ+ student data collection. Outside of their professional work, Jamie teaches on identity and equity, enjoys LA’s outdoor lifestyle, cheers on ACFC, and adores their cat, Josette.
