We sat down with Matt Van Rossi, HTR Business Development Director at Page Group, who talked through how candidates and clients can benefit from this approach to recruitment.
It removes barrier to access to IT for candidates and provides an agile solution for clients, which can be turned off as and when business needs require, without affecting the security of employment to the candidate working on the HTR approach.
