Hiking the Narrows is a once-in-a-lifetime adventure as it is no ordinary hike. There is no trail, you hike through a river with all its obstacles through a narrow canyon and its wall closing in on you. There are three possibilities to hike it and I chose to hike it top to bottom all the way and camp overnight inside the canyon. In today's episode I talk about the amazing hike and my preparation and experience.
