  • Healing, Hustling & Hearing My Necklace
    Apr 20 2026

If you hear a little extra noise this episode… mind your business 😂 (my necklace had something to say). But for real this episode is about healing, building, and evolving. From postpartum life and self-care struggles to launching Keep It Stashy and finding my confidence again, I’m sharing it all. Also taking a moment to reflect on my mom and how I know she’d be proud of everything I’m becoming 💛.

Between the nonstop road construction, viral stories shaking up the community, and trying to navigate everyday life, it’s been a lot. In this episode, I’m unpacking what’s been happening locally and how social media is changing everything for better or worse. On a personal note, I’m talking growth, confidence, postpartum changes, and why I’m finally stepping into my voice louder than ever.

  • The Weight We Carry & The Moments We Keep
    Apr 13 2026

In this raw and heartfelt episode, I’m opening up about the mental load no one really talks about the invisible responsibilities of managing a home, raising kids, paying bills, and how all of it quietly impacts our stress and relationships.

At the same time, I’m slowing down and soaking in every moment with my newborn because the reality that this could be my last baby hits deep. I’m embracing the beauty, the chaos, the exhaustion… and yes, taking all the pictures.

We’re also celebrating wins like my niece absolutely killing it at her district track meet (24.33 and coming for that 23.8 👏🏾), and the joy of being part of a truly special surprise baby shower for Jowell.

But let’s be real this season isn’t without pressure. Unpaid maternity leave has me tapping into savings and thinking hard about building more for myself and my future.

I’m also talking about something every parent navigates: disciplining with love. How to be firm, set boundaries, and still make sure your kids feel safe, supported, and deeply loved.

And finally taking that first step back into me. Starting my fitness journey four weeks postpartum after a C-section, giving myself grace while building back strength, physically and mentally.

This episode is a mix of honesty, pride, pressure, growth, and gratitude because this season of life is all of it at once.

  • Becoming Her Again (One Day at a Time)
    Apr 6 2026

This episode is a real, unfiltered look at growth, motherhood, and finding my confidence again. I share how I’m rebuilding routines, prioritizing self-care, and using daily affirmations to shift my mindset while learning to trust my intuition—that “little voice” that never lies.

I open up about missing my mom, navigating tough emotions, and giving myself space to decompress without guilt. From staying consistent for my kids to holding myself and others accountable, this is about showing up as my best self—even on the hard days.

We also get into real-life moments—figuring out breastfeeding, managing daily routines, and adjusting to a world where everything costs more. The question is… are we really living, or just surviving?

This is about healing, discipline, and choosing peace over pressure—one day at a time.
