Host Erin Foley welcomes volleyball legend Lindsey Napela Berg for an in-studio conversation in Los Angeles. Lindsey is a three-time Olympian, two-time Olympic silver medalist and former captain of the U.S. Women's National Volleyball Team. Berg was a standout setter at the University of Minnesota before going on to play professionally in the U.S., Italy and Turkey. She was named USA Volleyball Female Indoor Athlete of the Year twice and was inducted into the USA Volleyball Hall of Fame in 2025 as an All-Time Great Athlete.

Foley and Berg talk about growing up in Hawaii, her path from beach to indoor volleyball, three Olympic Games, playing professionally overseas, the explosion of college volleyball, the growing professional landscape with LOVB and Major League Volleyball, plus her love of fashion and which current player she'd most want to set. Enjoy!
