When you're hurting, a faraway God doesn't help. We often picture the Divine as distant or detached, but in Episode 4, we sit with the moment that changed everything: when heaven put on skin. Jesus didn't watch our struggle from a distance—He stepped right into the middle of it. He felt the same hunger, the same laughter, and the same sting of betrayal that we do.
Join Star for a few quiet minutes on the "incarnation"—not as a theological term, but as a promise that you are never unknown and never alone in what you're walking through.
In this episode:
-
Beyond the Distance: Why we struggle to believe God understands our physical and emotional pain.
-
The Doorway: How Jesus turned our greatest fears into a path toward hope.
-
The "With-Us" God: Shifting your perspective from a God who judges to a God who joined you.
Scripture Meditations:
-
John 1:14 • Philippians 2:8 • Hebrews 2:14
