  • Priced to Win - How Small Life Science Companies Turn the MFN Drug Pricing Disruption Into a Commercial Advantage
    Jun 22 2026

The MFN drug pricing framework - what began as voluntary agreements with sixteen of the largest pharmaceutical companies - is now moving toward mandatory rules that will reach smaller biotechs and pharma companies. At the same time, a 100% pharmaceutical tariff takes effect September 29th for smaller manufacturers, with a lower 20% rate available only to companies that have engaged the MFN framework and filed domestic manufacturing plans.

BIO International opens at the same time of this published episode, June 22nd. So, in this episode, we flip the script: instead of treating MFN as a threat, we show small life science companies how to turn it into a commercial advantage - with five specific actions you can take starting this week.
