In this first episode, I give you a raw run-down of why I began my healing journey.
I discuss the series of events that have led me to where I am today, including birth control, ovarian cysts, cervical dysplasia, LLETZ, emergency surgery, the mind-body connection, and all things that come with hormonal imbalance.
I have held off on starting this podcast. I felt as though I needed to be fully 'healed' before I could be open about what I have been through in the hope of helping others. Until I realised - the healing journey is not linear.
I am so grateful you are part of my journey.
