When life gives you lemons, intentionally decide to make lemonade. There are a lot of things outside of our control and I’ve learned that the only thing we can control is ourselves. Even when we don’t do a great job of it we can decide how we choose to respond to something. Thats what todays episode is about.

Falling in love with rock climbing, I share my journey with my love of climbing, the physical and emotional journey of healing after a bad climbing injury, and what I’ve learned along the way. I share a part of my journey in hopes that it will inspire you to heal your heart, to heal through the things you once loved, and to remind you that you’re not alone. I’ve learned healing is a process, and can be a very long one at that yet there’s beauty on the other side when we work on healing love.
