The month of June is Mens Mental Health Awareness Month. So, I invited my boyfriend Rosa as a guest to talk about what struggles, stereotypes, and hurdles are in place by our society when it comes to men and “being your best self”, in contrast to women, but also how to combat these issues. We also talk about what GOD says about being a provider, having peace, and walking in the truth that anything without GOD, is vanity. Also a bonus at the end!
