Episode 18

There is cursing if you listen with children. In this episode, Derek joins the boys. This golf enthusiast gutted it out for us and we were happy he did! The Boys start this episode with a run down best the Masters has to offer. Then the boys get to throw around 10K on golf: how would you spend that kind of money guilt free. The guys wrap our episode with some hockey talk and share the ins and outs of the battle of Ontario. Finally we share a segment called "Them's the breaks" where we share a short segment of a chat we had while on break. Episode 21:

There is cursing if you listen with children. The Boys reflect on the holidays! The Best Food and sometimes the not so best. Their New years Resolutions will be over by February. The guys go on to remind themselves never to become gambling addicts because they SUCK at Pick Em's. After discussing the Super Bowl trip of a lifetime, the boys wipe up their drool. Then Carry on to discuss some of their favourite meme's.

Episode 20

There is cursing if you listen with children. In this episode, The boys have thinned out the herd and are going without a guest this episode. Ron, Branks and Burl chat about the Jays playoff Run. The ups and the downs and who exactly deserves the blame. They continue on the Jays bandwagon using their crystal ball to look into the teams future. The guys follow that up discussing their favourite belly filling foods. The stuff we love to order when we can be selfish and the frozen foods you can find in our freezers to bail us out in a pinch. The boys get George on the pod! They Chop the lettuce about an amazing trip east to Cabot and living the high life on the links and cliffs course. Then we learn how George fell in love with the saints and thus fantasy football. Finally the guys close with some Super bowl and Ryder Cup predictions.... SHHHHH! they don;t know the Ryder Cup is over.

There is cursing if you listen with children. In this episode, Aaron joins the boys. This incredibly handsome man is not just a looker but also a talker! The Boys start this episode with a run down of the NFL season and pick some superbowl winners.. Then the boys dive into the value of the family trip. Now that the mouse is robbing people blind, what is the right age to make the trip to Disney and can it possibly be worth the huge expense.The guys follow it up with the back to school routines, how the kids take to it and how teachers adjust as well. Finally the guys receive the bad news that the genetic lottery is closed to us and that Aaron has no solutions to get our body fat percentages below 30%. Episode 15

There is cursing if you listen with children. In this episode, Josh joins the boys. What a natural he was painting some beautiful pictures of the food we love and his incredible life at home! The Boys start this episode with a recap of the Olympic games and try to decide what event they might realistically be capable of competing in after four whole years of training. Then the boys start thinking with their stomachs, conversation turns to fast food and the guys draft their favorite items. Some we all know and love and some local to the Ottawa area. Finally the guys go deep into family and the changes they have seen in themselves as they approach 40. Capping with how to fit in the fantasy sports they love on top of all their new priorities. What a guest and what a great episode for the Grasscutters!

Episode 14

There is cursing if you listen with children. In this episode, Steve joins us. Taking time out of his very busy schedule to chat with the guys! The Boys finally took a ball trip again, they discuss how to survive one of these trips now that we are all pushing 40. These trips are starting to look very differently from their previous trips. Steve shares his perspective on Vacations and Travel, how to prep for their future travel plans. The boys then chat about Steve growing up in a Huge and active Italian family and how differently that can look from some of the ways the rest of the guys came up. After some laughs and a great chat about the value of an active family circle. The guys learn about the interesting path Steve took professionally to get to where he is today. To wrap up this episode Branko couldn’t help himself and needed Coach Steve to walk him through some Defensive Schemes. What a guest and what a great episode for the Grasscutters!

Episode 13

There is cursing if you listen with children. In this episode, Jordan AKA J.PO. Took some convincing and we had to pay him more than our traditional retainer for guests… DAMN LAWYERS! But what a guest he was. We talked Baseball YET AGAIN,(We promise to chat about other things soon enough!) What really got our juices flowing was some Montreal Expos talk and some classic 90’s Canadian Baseball! When the World Series should have been North of The Border 3 years in a row! We followed by chatting about some of the great stuff to do with family around Vancouver. We wrapped up that discussion chatting about navigating our own kids' attraction to sports and how to PUSH THEM FORCEFULLY into GOLF! Finally, we have not had a “Get off My Lawn” in quite some time; but we are introducing a new closing segment called “Them’s the Breaks!” To give you some insight to what happens when we stop recording between commercial breaks.
