Ryan from the New World Pictures Podcast returns to the show to help us explore one of the most unusual movies we’ll look at in this series… Ruben Galindo Jr’s DON’T PANIC. This 1987 cult favorite from Mexico not only gives off strong Nightmare on Elm Street vibes but takes us on a journey involving Ouija boards, secret birthday afterparties, carpeted bathrooms, dinosaur jammies and MAGIC roses.

And along the way, maybe our podcasting team will learn a little about the greatest mystery of all… ourselves

This week we explore the controversial second film in the Elm Street series, A NIGHTMARE ON ELM STREET 2: FREDDY'S REVENGE (1985), discussing how the series and its iconic villain evolved from the first installment. Then we look at another movie about a young man seemingly possessed by a supernatural force driving him to kill, 1986's DREAMANIAC.
