What if freedom in Christ isn’t just about what Jesus set you free from, but what He set you free for? Freedom from sin. Freedom from shame. Freedom from fear. Freedom from striving for approval. Freedom from the bondage of our old identity. But Jesus didn’t save us so we could simply live a life with fewer chains. He set us free so we could walk in the fullness of who He created us to be.
