Frank Falzon is the SFPD homicide inspector who broke the Satan worshiping Night Stalker case wide open, but this wasn't his only important investigation. He also made the first arrest in the Zebra Killers' case (Black Muslims who murdered random Whites), and was intimately involved with the 1978 murder of San Francisco's Mayor George Moscone and infamous gay supervisor Harvey Milk. As usual, AJ asks the tough questions that no one else will ask, and gets the tough answers.
