What happens when life turns up the heat? In this episode of the **Foundational Fathers Podcast**, Marcus "The Phillipian" sits down with returning guest **Shane Haley** for an honest conversation about how God uses pressure to refine His people rather than destroy them.

From life on stage to life at home, Shane shares how he's learned to separate his identity in Christ from his identity as a musician, navigate the pressures of leadership, and remain authentic in a culture that rewards performance over character. Together, Marcus and Shane discuss what it means to walk faithfully through trials, embrace God's refining process, and discover purpose that can only be found in Jesus Christ.

Whether you're a father, husband, leader, or simply walking through a difficult season, this episode will encourage you to trust that God is using the fire to shape you into the man He created you to be.
