In this episode of the Big Hitters podcast, Andrew Hathaway speaks with Cole Kline, founder of Edge Operations Managers. Cole shares how Edge distinguishes itself from traditional offshore virtual assistant agencies by functioning as an operations company that places, trains, and coaches second-in-command operators for trade businesses. He breaks down how Edge stands up business operating systems to remove founders from daily operations, recruits talent across stable Latin American markets (such as El Salvador), runs local AI models and Grokbot automations to eliminate administrative overhead, and builds intentional workplace culture through the "Core 4" framework.
