Greg Bone is back from vacation, and just in time for Episode 31 of the Flip N Out Pinball Podcast!

Ken and Greg had originally planned to coordinate this episode with Stern Pinball's official reveal of AC/DC Remastered. Unfortunately, the anticipated reveal never happened! The guys discuss the unexpected delay, the challenges of coordinating a major product launch during Pinball Expo, and what they're hoping to see when the game finally arrives.

Speaking of Pinball Expo, Ken and Greg preview the 2026 event and discuss the incredible lineup of games attendees may have an opportunity to play, including Cirqus Voltaire, Sonic the Hedgehog, Bon Jovi, Fallout, and more. Ken also shares where you can find the Flip N Out crew during the show.

Fright N Out October continues with an update on our Halloween festivities! Our Elvira Facebook post is approaching 40,000 views! The guys also discuss whether a modern Tales from the Crypt pinball machine deserves another shot.

We've also been listening to your feedback! Ken introduces Custom Callouts, a new way for listeners to submit questions, comments, and show suggestions that could be featured in future episodes.

And before we say goodbye, turn down the lights for the second installment of our original Fright N Out pinball horror stories!

Thanks for listening, and don't forget to take some time out of your day and play some pinball!

Greg has apparently mastered his first magic trick: the disappearing act.

With Greg off on vacation, Ken is flying solo this week with a packed episode of the Flip N Out Pinball Podcast.

Then Ken gets a little more thoughtful about something that came up this week: what does it actually mean to be a valued customer? Price and discounts are easy to see, but there's a whole lot of value in a good distributor relationship that never shows up on an invoice. Ken shares his perspective from both sides of the counter, including customer expectations, loyalty, trust, service after the sale, and why sometimes the best advice he can give a potential customer is to keep buying from the distributor they already have.

October has arrived, which means the Flip N Out Pinball Podcast officially becomes FRIGHT N OUT!

Turn down the lights as we close the show with the first tale from Fright N Out:

Grandpa's Pinball Machine

Something has been sitting quietly in that basement for a very long time.

Maybe it wasn't as quiet as everyone thought.

And finally...

Ken provides updates on games currently in stock, what's shipping now, and what customers can expect in the weeks ahead.

With the final months of 2026 upon us, Ken and Greg break out the crystal ball and take a look at what the pinball industry might still have up its sleeve before the year comes to a close.

The guys start with the reaction to Stern Pinball's Fallout before working their way around the industry, talking production schedules, rumored titles, possible remasters, upcoming releases and what we could see from Stern, Jersey Jack Pinball, Spooky Pinball, Barrels of Fun, American Pinball, Multimorphic, Pedretti Gaming and more.

Could Stern have another remastered title coming? What games deserve the remake treatment? Could a Treehouse of Horror version of The Simpsons Pinball Party be the greatest idea nobody asked for? And just how many NEW pinball titles will be announced before the clock strikes midnight on New Year's Eve?

Ken and Greg set the over/under, make their predictions and probably create a few rumors along the way.

It's Episode 29 of the Flip N Out Pinball Podcast: Pinball's Year-End Crystal Ball!
