Liat Buckman, BSc Nutrition Sciences (RD-to-be) is a women’s health dietitian and Nutritional Therapy Practitioner specializing in hormonal health, gut health, and metabolic balance. With years of experience helping women uncover the root causes of stubborn symptoms, she integrates clinical nutrition, holistic wellness, and functional lab testing to create real food-based solutions. Liat’s mission is to help women feel energized, balanced, and vibrant by blending ancestral wisdom with modern science.


Naomi Eastman is the founder of NME Fitness, a dedicated fitness and nutrition coach passionate about helping people become their healthiest and strongest selves. With a focus on building muscle and functional movement, she emphasizes a holistic approach to wellness rooted in real food and proper movement.
Beyond the gym, Naomi leads Wilderness Wellness, an outdoor retreat designed to promote deep health through nature, meditation, and meaningful connections. She believes that with the right tools—movement, nourishment, and mindfulness—everyone has the power to heal, to thrive and live their fullest life.
