  • You Don’t Have to Be Ready: How to try it, even when people are watching
    Jan 20 2026

There’s a reason so many people feel called to share their work, and yet keep waiting to be “ready.” It’s not because they lack talent. And it’s not because they don’t want it badly enough.

It’s because we were taught that visibility comes after confidence, clarity, and polish - when in reality, those things are built through being seen.

In this episode, I’m unpacking why trying things is essential in 2026, how visibility actually works now, and why the people who get seen aren’t the most prepared -they’re the most willing to try.

We start with a story about an old, awkward video of Post Malone singing before he was famous, and why the fact that this video still exists matters. Progression requires visibility. And most people never let themselves have a “before.”

This conversation is about the fear that keeps us stuck: the fear of being judged, being weird, doing it wrong, or not getting it right the first time, and why that fear is the exact thing every successful entrepreneur, artist, and leader has learned to move through.

Authenticity isn’t something you access before you act. It’s something that emerges because you act.

    If you’ve ever felt like:

    • You know you’re meant to share something, but keep waiting for confidence
    • You’re afraid of being seen in the messy middle
    • You worry that trying and failing will mean something about you
    • You feel pressure to sound polished instead of real
    • You want to be visible without betraying yourself

    This episode is for you.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • Why confidence is not a prerequisite for visibility
    • How allowing yourself to “get it wrong” leads to authentic expression
    • The difference between identity and experimentation
    • Why repetition creates safety—and safety creates magnetism
    • The five things you need in place to be seen in this new era of business
    • How to build nervous system safety before and after visibility

If visibility feels activating, it doesn’t mean you’re not meant for it. It means your body needs safety, not pressure.

This is exactly the work we do inside Safe to Be Seen—a six-week, high-touch experience designed to help you reclaim your voice, release visibility fears, and express yourself in a way that feels honest and magnetic.

  • Are Jenna Kutcher & Amy Porterfield Grifters? A Conversation About Trust, Truth & Business
    Jan 13 2026

There’s a reason the word “grifter” has started showing up in conversations about some of the biggest names in online business. It’s because something fundamental has shifted in the digital economy, and trust is now the most valuable currency we have.

In this episode, I’m sharing an unpopular perspective on the recent pivots of Jenna Kutcher and Amy Porterfield, why I don’t believe they’re grifters, and what this moment is really teaching us about authenticity, visibility, and sustainable business.

For years, digital products worked a certain way. Evergreen funnels converted. Messaging stayed polished. Growth felt predictable. But that model doesn’t work the same anymore. So when leaders pretend it does, or aren't fully open and honest about it not working, people can feel the disconnect.

This conversation is not about gossip or calling anyone out (though I do have some opinions about how I might have done things differently). It’s about understanding why trust wobbles when truth feels unsafe, how over-responsibility and pressure can lead to inauthentic messaging, and why radical honesty matters more than ever right now.

At its core, this episode is about visibility and what happens when being fully seen doesn’t feel safe.

    If you’ve ever felt like:

    • You genuinely help people but worry your marketing isn't connecting
    • You feel pressure to present certainty when things are actually not
    • You don’t want to perform, exaggerate, or over-polish to sell
    • You’re navigating a pivot and unsure how honest you’re allowed to be
    • You want to build trust without betraying yourself

    This conversation is for you.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • Why smart business women pivot—and why that’s not a failure
    • Why the “grifter” conversation is really a trust conversation
    • How market shifts expose where authenticity has been replaced by image management
    • What crisis communications teaches us about truth, timing, and transparency
    • How trust-based visibility outperforms strategy in today’s economy
    • What it means to be safe to be seen in your truth while still building a successful business

If you have something real to offer, this economy isn’t here to punish you—it’s here to refine you. And the future belongs to people who are willing to tell the truth and be seen doing it.

  • Hot to Get What You Want in 2026
    Dec 31 2025

There’s a reason so many people set goals every year and still feel stuck, resistant, or disconnected from the life they’re trying to create.

It’s not because they’re undisciplined. And it’s not because they didn’t want it badly enough.

In this episode, I’m sharing the single practice I would prescribe to anyone who wants a better year and why it works when goal setting often doesn’t.

For more than a decade, I’ve chosen a Word of the Year instead of traditional goals. And I’ll be honest, I didn’t always do it well. I used to choose words that came from my wounded self. Words rooted in effort, fixing, or pushing.

Everything changed when I realized this practice isn’t about what you want to achieve. It’s about how you want to feel living your life and who you’re becoming along the way.

This episode is about why the end feeling leads the outcomes, how words anchor identity, and why the right word gives your nervous system and brain something they can actually follow.

    If you’ve ever felt like:

    • You set goals but struggle to stay connected to them
    • You know what you want logically, but something in your body resists it
    • You’re tired of forcing clarity or motivation
    • You want a year that feels aligned, spacious, and true
    • This conversation is for you.

    In this episode, we explore:

    • How choosing a Word of the Year creates an identity anchor, not pressure
    • The behavior loop (that goal setting doesn't take into account)
    • How my own Words of the Year (from Delight to Led) shaped some of the hardest and most magical years of my life
    • Why your next year doesn’t need more effort, it needs the right energy leading it

This is why I host the Word of the Year Party every year.

I’ll walk you through my signature process for choosing the word that will guide your energy, decisions, and growth in 2026.

You don’t need clarity before you come.
You don’t need to already have a word.
    You just need curiosity.
