Being a budtender can be a very complex job that requires a lot of product knowledge, sales knowledge, and compliance/operational knowledge as well. Yet, it is one of the most enjoyable jobs I've ever had. This week, we talk about what is expected of budtenders, and what we can do to elevate the budtenders in our industry.
