    It not an easy path to take. A self love journey is up and down roller coaster. You not going to be in the rainbows everyday.. some days will be clouds that never seem to go away. But if you continue even when your flesh says no , you will see the sun again !! You will have longer and happier days that are filled with gratitude and joy.
