We run through McTeach's 5 top tips and explore how to deal with tricky characters; we take a look at some key questions we might need to be prepared for, and recognise where we might want to go if we're struggling.

In every 121 we host, we're likely to need to give feedback to the people we're supporting - it may be around areas for improvement and development, or perhaps it's a lot more to do with providing feedback for all the wonderful things they've been doing. In either case, the way we provide that feedback is very important, and in this, the 6th in the 121s for OVs series, we'll be looking at how to provide that feedback in a fair, considered, and appropriate way.

The fifth episode of the 121s for OV series takes us on a little journey of scheduling through SageHR, and how we might consider a structure to the meetings we have with the people we are supporting. We'll consider the preparation we need, and how best to use the formats within SageHR to drive positive and constructive conversation.
