    So I know we all procrastinate & you know what this was a contributing factor to me not  having an episode until now. I thought why not make an episode and go into all the nitty gritty details of why we all (as a society) tend to consistently repeat this trend. Once you realize that there's a root to the problem then you can easily tackle the specifics right? Well, not always which is extremely frustrating because you go on trying to break this cycle, but you end up nowhere & that's why I decided to sit down and talk about this today. I know this was long, but I hope you enjoy it and if you're reading this or simply listening to the episode, thank you so much!
