Who better to welcome next than one of the borough’s biggest comedy stars: Eric D’Alessandro? In this episode of Rage Bait, we sit down with the Staten Island native to talk about the journey from making videos online to selling out theaters and building a career that has connected with audiences across the country. Eric opens up about life as a comedian, balancing fatherhood with a demanding career, and why Staten Island will always feel like home no matter where success takes him. We also dive into what it means to perform at the iconic St. George Theatre, the pressure and excitement that comes with taking the stage in front of a hometown crowd and some of the unforgettable moments that have shaped his career along the way. From family life and comedy to growing up on Staten Island, to staying grounded through it all (like buying knock-off designer wear), Eric shares the stories, lessons and laughs that have made him one of the area’s most recognizable entertainers around.
