International Women’s Day is later this week & as we continue to discuss and reflect on the impact of women throughout history, I want us to make it personal. This week, we're walking through a sensitive but necessary topic: The Mother Wound. In today's episode, we'll explore what mother wounds are, how they impact the way we show up in the world, and what we can do about them.
“Every woman who heals herself, heals her mother, her daughter….all that have come before her and are to come after” & since we can’t heal what we don’t reveal, your commitment and vulnerability to unpack any remnants of the mother wound are setting the stage for a lineage of healed women and men in your blood line.
