We had bought some new ultralight gear and had packed it for our backpacking trip to Pictured Rocks NL. Unfortunately we did not have the room to take the gear that we knew and were used to with us as well. During the trial run, we had many regrets. Should we have brought the gear we knew and just carried the added weight? Don't make the same mistakes we did!
