The Cathedral of Learning has immense history and culture within its walls. The National Park Service added the Cathedral of Learning to the Register of Historic Places in 1975. Even today, Cathy (as it is lovingly called by locals and students) is a beloved part of the University of Pittsburgh’s main campus. It also has a fair share of its own hauntings.
