In this Unbelievably Real podcast episode, host George Ferdinand delves into an unconventional scandal brewing in the small town of Creston, Iowa. The town's mayor, Gabe Carroll, ignites controversy by posing semi-nude for a "Father Figures Calendar 2023", a project conceived by a local brewery named 'Hot Air Brewing'. Carroll's audacious move, which involved a fried chicken strategically obscuring his modesty, was aimed at supporting the local business and raising funds for charity. Despite the backlash from some citizens, Carroll and the brewery's owner Katie Davidson defended the initiative, which has already raised a significant amount for the Christmas basket fund.
