Charlotte White is an author, presenter, and educator. Having run Restoration Cake as a bespoke cake company for over a decade, Charlotte found herself hosting and curating a theatre within a travelling food festival. She is now focused on writing and teaching - though not in the fields of expertise that you may expect. Her career has been a journey and it is just getting started.
